陳冠亨醫師於中國醫藥大學附設醫院泌尿部接受完整的住院醫師訓練，於住院醫師期間積極參加國內泌尿科研討會及腹腔鏡研習營，專長在泌尿腫瘤 (包括腎臟癌、泌尿上皮癌、膀胱癌、攝護腺癌及睪丸癌')、尿路結石、前列腺肥大、腹腔鏡手術、性功能障礙、包皮環切、疝氣修補、輸精管結紮等等。
